Comparative Market Analysis


A "CMA" is an estimate of your home's value compared to other homes on the market. This analysis is slightly different than an appraisal because a CMA evaluates similar recently sold homes near the property being sold or purchased. Setting the correct price for a residential property is the most important part of successfully selling or buying a home. We'll help you find out how homes similar to yours are priced, how long it's taking them to sell, and if they sold for a lower price than their listings. 


Listings and Prepared Documents


TS Property Management will work diligently to expedite your sale by listing your property to high-visibility areas and by preparing advertising, pamphlets, and open house documentation. As a full-service brokerage firm, we'll also work with sellers to prepare any necessary documents to facilitate the sale.
